Hello. I work primarily with young adults and adults. Common reasons people may see me are for depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal/relationship concerns and career and life transitions. I practice primarily from an emotion focused approach as well as drawing from dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness and positive psychology. I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists and a Certified Canadian Counsellor and am currently completing my doctorate in counselling psychology.
Empathy and curiosity are two qualities I bring to everything I do. I have a genuine desire to help others in finding fulfillment, defining purpose, enhancing well-being and living their best lives. I have over 20 years of experience coaching and counselling and began practicing psychotherapy in the last few years. My early experience focused primarily on navigating career and life transitions, either school-to-work or mid-life, exploring and deciding on career options, and supporting personal and professional development. I am certified in assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Strong Interest Inventory (SII).
Connect with me if you are looking for support. I’d love to hear from you.
